My objectives in this class are to better myself by expanding my knowledge through the enhancement of my comprehension skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, and writing skills. By expanding these skills, it will lead me to be able to write more professionally and scholarly, and help me to be able to understand scientific journals that are geared toward the scientific community rather than just the general public. I hope to be able to apply what I learned from this class to my future professional career. An anticipatory set is how a teacher gets the attention of their students from the beginning of the class session, and to keep them attentive. By keeping the students attentive, they direct their focus on achieving the objectives and goals of the course. Cognitive domain is an individual’s demonstration of knowledge, skill and intellectual level. There are six levels of learning techniques associated with the cognitive domain, they are as followed: Knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. What I gathered the Pharisees were asking Jesus was what his objectives were in teaching them the information he presented, and how he was going to present it, in order to get them interested and involved. As well as if the information he was giving was the truth. When the Pharisees asked Jesus this, he wept because he figured that the information he gave them should be taken as knowledge they could use, and they shouldn’t be worrying about how he is going to present it, so it could be interesting to the children. Also that they should not question His intelligence, they should just know that Jesus would not give them false information.
